The Building and Construction Waste will either be collected by the Contractor or directly delivered to the Treatment Site by the Council. The Council may award one or more Contracts where it demonstrates value for money to do so and consideration will be given to the proximity principle and the environmental impact of tenders when awarding the Contract(s).
