Maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects which relate to (but may not be limited to):- A number of addresses at West Pottergate, Norwich. The scope of works comprises of 6 blocks of flats within similar low rise residential estates. Repairs to external reinforced concrete access decks / landings and staircases including surface preparation, survey, break out, repair, selective use of corrosion inhibitors, surface treatment and protective coatings.
