Maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects which relate to (but may not be limited to): - Replacement precast concrete treads and risers, installation of mechanically fixed nosing's. Removal and reinstatement of associated balustrading to enable works. Replacement treads only. Provision of temporary staircases to enable continued access throughout the works require for all sites.
