The requirement is for a high-level masterplan, with appropriate costs, to be available by September 2018. The masterplan will need to be developed with the early and continuous engagement of partners, stakeholders, residents and the wider community. We will be looking to award this commission as soon as possible after the conclusion of a fair and robust evaluation.
