[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The purpose of this tender is to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake a procurement to identify and appoint several consultants onto a framework agreement for the provision of comprehensive transport planning and policy, modelling, engineering and technical advice. The primary purpose of the advice will be to support the Council in its use of its four-stage Land-Use/Transport Interaction (LUTI) model (this is called Leicester and Leicestershire Integrated Transport Model (LLITM)). Other advice such as the formation of rail, road and aviation policy, microsimulation modelling, auditing, and environmental assessments are also covered by this tender. The framework agreement will be divided into five lots which are described later in this notice.
