The Term Service Short Contract (\\"Contract\\") will be to Supply, Install & Maintain Traffic Signals and Associated Systems and Equipment on its highways network. ### Value of Contract The value of the contract is expected to be £330,000 per annum. This figure is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from this Contract. ### Period of Contract The Contract will be for a 4-year period subject to satisfactory performance.
