Additional information: This contract was procured via Single Tender Action. Reasons for this are as follows: The BRE are currently in place and acting as the Chair of the programme. To replace the chair at this time would cause a significant level of disruption to the IEA Programme. The programme is currently in the process of defining it's research activities for the next three years therefore maintaining continuity with the UK representative and the Chairperson role is very important at this time.
