The duration of the contract is 9 months, subject to the right of the Authority (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 3 months. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 12 months. Refurbishment of the Grade II listed community centre at ### Golden Lane Estate. The two-storey building has a concrete frame construction along with additional steel beams and columns added to reinforce the ground floor. The refurbishment comprises of the following: - Complete internal refurbishment of existing building II. Upgrading of existing single-glazed curtain walling and windows ### III. Replacement of existing building services IV. Upgrading the roof for pedestrian movement and siting of photovoltaic panels - Replacement of windows to lanterns VI.
