We are ideally looking for a sole supplier to provide core IT services, since we have already disaggregated a number of key services from the core contract. Core IT services include service desk and support, desktop services, network connectivity, cloud application management, service management, IMACs, training etc. We are anticipating using the CCS framework Technology Services 2, but may adopt another procurement route providing it is compliant with public procurement regulations.
