In view of the above this group of schools are looking for suitably qualified organisations to quote for the provision of their Grounds Maintenance Service. This includes both reactive and planned maintenance. The contract is for the period 1st April 2017 until 31st March 2019 (with an option to extend by a further 1 year until the 31st March 2020). Interested organisations are therefore requested to read all the supporting documentation and then complete the response evaluation document and Pricing Schedule A within the specification. Please use the request to quote form to give the total cost for the provision of the service including any discounts available across all 5 schools. Failure to supply any documentation may mean we are unable to evaluate your bid. Potential bidders need to visit the school sites before submitting their quotation and appointments should be organised with the Business Manager at each school. Contact details have been included.
