Although the Council has an in-house team of construction operatives, there are times where we need to supplement this. The Council is seeking to establish a DPS (modern day approved list) of suppliers who are able to respond quickly and deliver an excellent, cost effective service. The DPS is split into a number of Lots. This contract does NOT permit subcontracting of the key element e.g. Lot one suppliers cannot subcontract of the key element of the lot - e.g. electrical work. Any subcontracting that is required must be with written approval. Cambridge City Council will be holding a supplier event on 28th November 13:30-16:30 in the Council Chamber (Guildhall 1st floor), which will assist suppliers with understanding the Council's requirements, using the Due North e-tendering system, completing the new Standard Selection Questionnaire, navigating the online messaging section and participating in mini-competitions on the new e-tendering portal. All suppliers are invited to attend. ## CPV classification Construction work Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/df0de10f-4486-430c-95fb-0d0f988157e1) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
