[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The NWUPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of the members of NWUPC, NEUPC, SUPC, LUPC, APUC, HEPCW and CPC for The Supply and Delivery of Electronic Components and Associated Products, Service Aids, Tools & Fixings, Test & Measurement Equipment and Batteries 1.3.2 Tenderers shall accept and acknowledge that by issuing this ITT NWUPC shall not be bound to accept any Tender and reserves the right not to conclude a Framework Agreement for The Supply and Delivery of Electronic Components and Associated Products, Kits, Service Aids, Tools & Fixings, Test & Measurement Equipment and Batteries for which Tenders are invited nor does it constitute an offer to enter into a contractual relationship. 1.3.3 All costs incurred in relation to preparing and submitting a Tender are to be borne by the Tenderer.
