The successful supplier will be required to abide with both the framework terms and also the call-off terms bespoke to this contract.\\n \\n The successful contractor will provide manned guarding, passenger and vehicle search teams, access control and other duties as required, 365 days per annum for both Portsmouth Cruise and Ferry Port and MMD (Shipping Services) Ltd.\\n \\n The initial Contract will be for a period of three years with the possibility of extending the term by a further two years to a maximum total term of five years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
