The Contracting Authority reserves the right to choose at time of evaluation which Option will be progressed/awarded - Option 1 being The Cornhill (only), Option 2 being The Cornhill and Princes Street and the Lloyds Arch/Debenhams colonnade in Ipswich. The Contracting Authority's decision at the time being on the necessary secured funding arrangement being in place or anticipated as being in place prior to the award of Contract.
