HS2 Ltd require an Independent Assessor who is suitably qualified in horticultural and/or forestry contract growing and project management, whose work has resulted in successful review and assessment of quality plants on large scale projects. The Independent Assessor shall act as a single point of contact for the inspection of the supply of goods under this contract.
