The objective of this contract is delivery of an on time and on budget design and build project to convert the building to 6 flats for use as self-contained living accommodation. Services of an Architect led Multi-Disciplinary Team which is to include the following professional services and disciplines: - Accurate measured dimensioned building survey and drawing production; - Conservation/Building Architectural services; - Structural Engineering; - Structural and Building Surveying; - Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineering; - Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultant services; and - Project Management services.
