Construction works are to be undertaken predominantly during the school summer holiday period with completion for start of school year on 6 September 2017. The works will likely be procured using the JCT Intermediate form of contract with contractors design, EFA schedule of amendments and hire agreement for 24 months. A Pre-Contract Services Agreement may also be entered into subject to requirement. Contractors will need to be able to commit to the provision of the modular units for installation by September 2017.
