The TCP may also require providers to work with individuals at risk of admission. We are seeking high quality providers with proven expertise and experience of delivering personalised packages of support for people stepping down from secure services into the community and must have experience and knowledge in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum conditions and in supporting individuals with forensic needs as appropriate. National policy and new models of care continue to evolve for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Commissioners will work collaboratively with selected providers to deliver future arrangements that best meet the needs of our local population. This may require alliance and partnership models to be developed in future.
