At the same time that the operator applies to register the service, they are required to provide a copy of the registration to any local authority within which the service will operate. On receipt of the registration, Leicestershire County Council (LCC) input the details on to its route and timetable management system. The registration data is then uploaded to the server of the Traveline website to ensure the most up to date public transport travel information is always available to the public. The contract for the current management system has now come to an end.
