We invite building contractor's for an expression of interest in carrying out the associated building works to Phase 1. This broadly includes strip out, vinyl flooring, installation of new suspended ceilings and new hygienic wall finishes throughout. Works are due to commence on 17th July 2017 and run through to the end of August.
