Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to: o Design, supply and install communal entrance doors and door entry systems. o To carry out annual checks and provide a 24/7 responsive maintenance service for door entry systems to our Sheltered and General Housing properties. o To carry out annual servicing and provide a 24/7 responsive maintenance service for Assisted Living systems in our Sheltered Housing Schemes. We are seeking a professional and experienced contractor who can display a high level of customer care for our residents while providing an efficient and effective service, It is intended that the Contract is awarded for one year from April 2018, with an option to extend for up to a further year, subject to satisfactory performance and service requirements.
