Overview: Inglehurst Junior School is assigned to take a bulge class of 30 pupils. In order to accommodate them and to avoid having TMBs (Temporary Mobile Buildings) on the school site, the school (with the agreement of Children's Services) wishes to convert part of the existing old toilet block into a classroom.
