Suggested times will be specified in the tender pack based on requirements for each toilet and seasonal variations - The cleaning of the toilets to an agreed schedule. (frequency of cleaning to be specified in tender pack including seasonal variations, - The supply of all consumables. - The complete staff management of all the cleaners and maintenance personnel. - A 365 day 24 hour emergency number to report faults etc. - A 2 hour reaction to these calls. - A 24 hour reaction to anything that needs repairing / replacing as a result of these calls. - Full audit facilities on the access control equipment. - Full reporting facilities on the running of the toilets. - An internet based monitoring system where the Town Council can log in and see when the cleaner had last visited the toilets. - Full external management of the contract and regular meetings to review the contract - The project management of any additional work by local contractors that the Town Council may wish to carry out. - Payment Terms to be included in Tender (eg.
