The review will identify opportunities to improve the appropriateness of the care packages with particular regard to the prices being paid. The winning provider will have a specialist understanding of the national framework for continuing healthcare. Interested providers must be able to mobilise quickly, ideally from within 1 week of agreeing the contract and complete the reviews within the contract term.
