The contract will be awarded on the basis of both cost and quality, and a comprehensive tender response is required to enable assessment in these areas. The Authority is additionally seeking to establish a call-off agreement to enable direct appointment for other works ranging from internal refurbishments to extension and remodelling schemes, to a total build value of £1 million or up to 5 years. Note funding for this work is not agreed and no warranty on the value of additional work is provided.
