Also to include the provision of suitable electrical services installations and fittings, tarmac surfacing, above and below ground drainage, railings, gates and landscaping elements. An optional resurfacing and re-marking of the existing adjacent Medical Centre car park shall also be included as a separate Section of works under the Contract.
