The nature of the works undertaken will typically comprise of: - replacement of existing; - roof coverings, battens, underfelt and replacement with specified concrete tiling/components; - roof level joinery (fascia and soffit boarding), including removal of existing asbestos-cement based components where present; - pvc-u guttering/clearing of existing concrete sectional guttering Finlock; - installation and top-up layer of mineral fibre insulation over existing insulation, as required; and - Minor repairs to chimney stacks and high level brickwork.
