[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF A DOMESTIC ABUSE SERVICE Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) is searching for a partner to deliver the borough's Domestic Abuse community service. WBC would like to invite tenders for the provision of a service that offers a holistic support service for adults, children including victims, survivors and perpetrators. The service will include the following key elements: • Single point of contact through a helpline • Outreach support • Refuge provision • Perpetrator support • Support for children and young people • Website provision • Training • Support for Wokingham Borough Council WBC is looking for the service to form a critical part of the community provision and work in collaboration with key partners and the Council to achieve a common outcome. The Provider will be required to act as a strategic partner with the Council contributing towards shared goals and outcomes through delivery of an effective and efficient service. Those wishing to submit a tender must have demonstrable evidence of: • Experience of delivering domestic abuse services • Your ability to work creatively with this target customer group in order to respond to the changing needs of the residents • Your ability to assess customer needs and manage risk • A robust information governance system • Financial stability • Robust recruitment process • Effective support planning, risk assessment and review systems • Internal monitoring and continuous improvement process to ensure and sustain a high quality service Tender evaluation will also take into account feedback from referees and stakeholders within Wokingham Borough Council where applicable. The Service will be delivered under a two year contract, held with Wokingham Borough Council, with the opportunity of a year on year extension for a further two years, subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability and mutual agreement of the parties. The service contract is expected to commence on 1st July 2017 The Council intends to award the contract based on the most economically advantageous tender. The award criteria that will be used is: Method Statement 40% ### Price 50% ### Presentation 10% The annual contract price is between £113,000 - £123,000.
