Hardcore and Soil is a material which is deemed to derive from household projects and therefore, residents are limited to bringing in 90kg (190lbs) per day to deter traders. KCC Waste Management is looking to procure an off-taker provision for six of the eighteen Household Waste Recycling Centre sites in Kent (Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Swanley, Dartford, Maidstone and Gravesham) for Hardcore and Soil.
