This requirement will include the provision and installation of the equipment and the first year support and maintenance. There will also be four options to extend for 12 months each at the sole discretion of the PCC. This procurement process will be run under the EU Open procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and will be divided into three lots. The deadline for submitting a tender for this requirement will be 1200 GMT on Monday 2nd October 2017.
