The nature of the works will comprise of: - Provide scaffolding to enable works. II. Provide all supports to enable hand removal / demolition of the exiting stone gable wall, setting aside stone for reuse. III. Rebuilding using the set aside stone, allowing for new stone as deemed necessary to match existing colour / dimensions as possible. IV. Supplying and installing all structural steel works and tie bars as per structural engineers design detail. - Internal works; making good plaster finishes, hacking back plaster affixing mesh and re-plastering where required. VI. Decorating works; apply paint to all affected works.
