The services include for: - The service, maintenance and repair of existing passenger lifts in Council and Public buildings across the Borough; - Carrying out ten annual services to 320 passenger lifts; - Carrying out quarterly servicing to dumb waiters; - Carrying out fortnightly servicing of 2x passenger lifts at the Greenwich Foot Tunnels; - Carrying out fortnightly servicing of 2x passenger lifts at the Woolwich Foot Tunnels; - Provide a breakdown service for lifts borough wide.
