The site is located at University of Derby Buxton campus, Devonshire Dome boiler house, 1 Devonshire Road, Buxton, Derbyshire. SK17 6RY. The target date for commencement of the works: Monday 24th July 2017 The required date for completion of the works: Friday 8th September 2017 with possible extension for non-critical dates. Tendering contractors are required to confirm their ability to comply with these dates as part of their tender submission. Additional information: Please refer to the ITT document set. It is essential the work is completed prior to start of 2017 / 2018 academic year i.e. beginning of September.
