These published desktops are used by users at approximately 14 small remote sites as well as home users. The head office users operate with fat client PC's and don't use citrix. The environment is based on a mix of physical and virtual servers. The main Xen servers are physical and have not been replaced for 5 years. Over recent times the environment has become less reliable, performance is not at an acceptable level.
