Suffolk County Council has a need for a lone worker and personal safety service for groups of employees including: o Social Workers (SWs) and Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) o Youth Offending Service (YOS) workers o Trading Standards Officers o Highways o Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) o Fire Safety, Fire Prevention and Protection Under the resultant single vendor framework, the supplier will offer a full range of cost effective solutions to cover all risk profiles to include monitoring of all live devices/solutions, appropriate intervention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year and training.
