We currently own and manage around 6,500 homes and employ 400 staff, have an annual turnover of £38 million and work in partnership with local, regional and national agencies to deliver our services. As well as providing homes that are affordable in terms of rent and running costs, we also provide a range of care and support services to help individuals get the most out of life. This procurement is for the provision of cleaning services and window cleaning. The services covered by this procurement exercise have been subdivided into 3 lots as follows: - Lot 1 Cleaning - void properties, communal areas, sheltered schemes, office cleaning. - Lot 2 External Window Cleaning - Lot 3 Cleaning of communal and staff areas, and dementia day care centre at Tamar Court extra care housing scheme.
