The requirement is to review all project activity and produce, in line with the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2014 to 2020 Guidance, an independent external evaluation report. Please refer to ITT documents for further details. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. - For the avoidance of doubt, the University is not a Contracting Authority or a Public Body for the purposes of the EU Public Procurement Directives and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and does not undertake to comply with the requirements therein.
