These works are being managed by NPS Norwich Ltd - Major works 1 team The main aim of the scheme is to overlay the asphalt roofs of City Hall with a single ply membrane roofing system; this is to incorporate a maximum of 50mm insulation. The solar panels on the main roof are still under warranty and the original installation company should carry out any work to them.
