The successful organisation will be required to collect the materials from the Council's 'Bulking Up' station in Church, Accrington and provide evidence that the materials have been re-used or recycled. Organisations will need to demonstrate their ability to carry out this type of work by providing details on areas such as Health and Safety, Management of Collections, Finance.
