We work with businesses at all stages of development to maximise their growth potential, benefiting both the enterprise and its people through uniquely tailored coaching programmes. This tender is for our Transform (Coaching for Growth) programme which is financed by the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), part of the European Structural Investment Fund (ESIF) portfolio 2015 to 2020. The Department for Communities and Local Government is the managing authority for the fund, which was established by the European Commission to help improve the competiveness of SMEs by increasing their capacity and capability and promoting entrepreneurship to strengthen the pipeline of high growth business across England. Scope of project - The Transform programme would like to engage with businesses based in Cornwall through 2-3 significant events. This tender is to appoint an Events agency to deliver these events in entirety. Each event would be a day long with a budget of up to £25,000 per event and anticipated attendance of around 100 business people. ### Key objectives of these events - Attract an audience of businesses with potential for high growth and businesses with an annual turnover in excess of £100K that we have not already worked with - Enhance the recognition and understanding of the Transform programme - Generate new referrals for the Transform programme - Demonstrate OIS as thought leaders and innovators - Conceptually digestible by an established business Deliverables required - 2 - 3 Events at £50 - £75K (budget of £25K per event) - We are looking for an agency to activate large scale Transform (Coaching for Growth) events in Cornwall. We are looking for delivery of 2 events at £25K maximum per event to take place before end of November 2017, with the possibility of a further event in 2018 if required.
