The site is located at on the forma Pent Valley school site, Surrenden Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT19 4ED ### The works comprise of (but not limited to):- - Prepare and submit the required Planning application - Develop detailed contractors Proposals for construction - Stakeholder and client engagement meetings. - The required Ground works for placing the modular in the required location - Reconfiguration works of an existing sports block - Check of existing statutory services and undertake connections as appropriate to existing services. - Review fire strategies. - Works to comply with relevant standards to enable building control sign-off. - Removal of modular once no longer required.
