The intention is for people to have the right support at the right time in the community. The aim is for the pilot to inform the long-term shape of Nottinghamshire's service model which needs to be capable of responding appropriately and confidently to a person experiencing difficulties in the community, or deterring/de-escalating a situation to prevent an unnecessary hospital admission. It is anticipated that the provision of respite services will reduce demand on hospital services, and release funds for community services by focusing on preventing crisis and addressing crises. Additional information: AGCSU is managing this Procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). The Service(s) is/are being procured as "Schedule 3 - Social and Other Specific Services" and AGCSU is bound only by those parts of the Regulations applying to Schedule 3 services.
