The aim of the project is to research the street drinking landscape of LBBD, analyse the numbers, demographics, consumption habits, health statuses, immigration statuses, instigation factors, motivations and de-motivators to drink, the needs and requirements of street drinkers to prevent or desist in street drinking and produce reports to the LBBD Substance Misuse Strategy Team in recommending cost effective pathways and highlighting specific support for street drinkers in Barking and Dagenham The service will run for 12 months with direction from the LBBD Substance Misuse Strategy Team.
