The County Council recognises that it needs to continue to innovate if it is to continue to improve and meet its ambitious waste and recycling targets. WCC is looking for a service provider to manage a pilot reward points campaign to start to achieve these savings. The campaign will cover four main areas; reducing food waste, waste minimisation, increasing recycling and decreasing contamination.
