These includes but not limited to temporary security, feather edged, rail and post, chain link, hit & miss, picket and boundary masonry repairs. The Fencing works will comprise of front and rear boundaries and ad hoc inter boundary fencing. The agreement is to be a multi-year agreement under the JCT Measured Term 2016 Form of Contract enabling calling off Orders for works when individual requirements arise. The pricing will be based on the NHF Schedule of Rates ver.7. The ITT is split into 3 lots (Lot 1. Northern geography; Lot 2. Southern geography; Lot 3. Combined North and South). Potential Contractors can choose either to tender for a single region (Lot 1 or Lot 2) or for both (Lot 3).
