It should contribute to creating a safe and resilient community where everyone is welcome and which supports the most vulnerable. The primary function of the service is to provide well maintained, good quality mobility aids to help members of the public get around Kingston town centre. The Service should be efficient, well publicised, well respected and linked in with relevant organisations such as hospitals and disability charities.
