Service will include undertaking Due Diligence exercise and provision of reports and advice on companies offered funding (grant/loan) prior to funding contracts being signed, reviewed or amended. Reports are required to provide external independent view on viability and risk as well as confirmation and validation of State Aid position to ensure all funding is State Aid compliant. Initial Contract Term 01/04/2017 - 31/03/2020 with option to extend for a further year.
