Participation in site selection as far as commenting on the practicality and security of sites proposed by DFID and Borno State Government. Engagement with government, NGO, humanitarian and security services stakeholders to work to harmonise the security protocols, information and arrangements for the project delivery. Scenario planning for different combinations of health facility and village clusters to meet the potential changes required as they relate to the goods and equipment. Duty of Care plan for the project; including providing project team details. Price checking and oversight of the procurement standards and processes of its supplier(s).
