Examples of break/fix include but are not limited to the following: • repair to a cable fault • repair of a broken face plate • repair of a AC mains outlet Objective 2: Ofwat requires call-off services for the provision of Adds, Moves and Changes for new and existing structured cabling. Examples of Adds, Moves and Changes, include but are not limited to the following: • Addition of network points; • Move of service pole and/or network points; • Installation or removal of cabling between floors; • Installation of AC mains outlets; • Relocation of Power/Data points via floor boxes.
