The recruiter will be expected to deliver the following service: o Refine person specification, as necessary, with GBSLEP executive team o Identify and contact candidates to ascertain interest o Promote appeal and opportunities of role to contacted candidates o Ascertain candidates enthusiasm for and likely dedication to role o Provide a longlist of potential candidates. Where possible, this should reflect the diversity of the GBSLEP area. o Provide a shortlist of recommended outstanding candidates, including short CVs BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
